All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (research chemicals, peptides, and laboratory supplies), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, sterility, and safety.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a store credit for future purchases.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping Errors
If your package is lost in transit due to a carrier error, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. Please allow reasonable time for investigation.
