All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number when your package has shipped.
We use trusted carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery within the United States. Standard delivery times vary depending on location but typically range between 2–5 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Hudson Research Lab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
At this time, Hudson Research Lab ships within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future as regulatory compliance allows.
