Everything you need to know about our research compounds, purity verification, ordering, and shipping protocols.
We aim to dispatch weekday orders placed before the cutoff time the same day. Later orders typically dispatch the next business day. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as the shipping label is generated.
Yes, we offer free standard (2-5 business days) shipping on all qualifying orders over $150 and UPS 2nd Day Air all qualifying orders over $300
Currently, we focus primarily on domestic fulfillment within the United States to ensure rapid delivery and full tracking compliance.
All items are packaged discreetly in plain, durable, and padded mailers or branded boxes. There are no direct product descriptions visible on the outside of the parcel to protect your privacy and product integrity.
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and popular cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT). All payment methods are securely processed at checkout.
All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and fulfilled directly from our domestic warehouse facilities in New York.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is an official document from an accredited third-party analytical laboratory confirming the identity, purity, and exact concentration of a specific compound batch.
Batch-specific COAs can be viewed and downloaded directly from our dedicated COA page on the top menu, as well as via the direct button on each product page.
It indicates that analytical testing (typically via HPLC and Mass Spectrometry) confirmed at least 99% of the material is the target active compound, with no detectable heavy metals or unintended synthesis byproducts.
Lyophilized powders should be kept in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. For standard storage, refrigeration at 2°C–8°C is recommended; for extended long-term preservation, store at –20°C
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, used as a bacteriostatic preservative to reconstitute lyophilized powders for analytical and laboratory testing.
Acetic acid water (typically a sterile 0.6% or 0.1M dilute solution) serves as a specialized reconstitution solvent for peptides that fail to dissolve in neutral bacteriostatic water or sterile saline.
Peptides Requiring or Recommending Acetic Acid
Peptides with strong hydrophobic regions, specific isoelectric points (pI), or high sensitivity to neutral hydrolysis require dilute acetic acid for initial reconstitution:
IGF-1 DES & IGF-1 LR3 (Required): Highly prone to immediate aggregation and loss of potency at neutral pH. Standard protocol requires dissolving completely in 0.6% acetic acid first.
Follistatin (e.g., Follistatin-344 / Follistatin-315) (Recommended): Large, complex proteins that frequently precipitate or cloud up in neutral bacteriostatic water. A drop of dilute acetic acid ensures clear dissolution.
Sermorelin & GHRPs (Conditional): While often soluble in plain bacteriostatic water, batches that aggregate or appear cloudy readily clarify with a micro-volume addition of dilute acetic acid.
Basic/Hydrophobic Research Peptides: Any custom peptide with an overall positive net charge at acidic pH or high leucine/isoleucine/valine content that shows precipitation at pH 7.0.
Yes. High-tier laboratory verification includes both HPLC purity assays and quantitative net content verification to guarantee accurate compound weight per vial.
No. All materials sold on this site are strictly intended for in vitro laboratory research and analytical development only. They are not for human or veterinary use, medical therapy, or ingestion.
Purchases are restricted strictly to adults (21 years of age or older), researchers, academic institutions, and qualified laboratory personnel who understand safe handling procedures.
Due to the sensitive biochemical nature of research materials and strict quality control protocols, we cannot accept returns once products have left our custody. If an item arrives damaged, contact support within 48 hours with photos for a prompt replacement.
