Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) 10 mL is sterile, non-pyrogenic water for injection containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It is widely used in laboratory and research applications for the reconstitution of peptides and lyophilized powders. The addition of benzyl alcohol helps prevent microbial growth, allowing for multiple withdrawals from the same vial.
